We are absolutely charmed by this little Victorian house in Manistee, Michigan. Located at 254 5th Ave., it’s a walk from both downtown and the beach of Lake Michigan. The 1,749-square-foot home was built in 1900 and has four bedrooms, one bathroom, original hardwood floors, updated electrical, a two-car garage, and a cozy attic. But it’s the pink paint job and blue trim that really seals the deal for us. The property is listed by Randall Zakrajsek of Five Star Real Estate with a $229,900 ask.
