Another home belonging to an early owner of the Detroit Tigers is up for sale.

Briggs Mansion — built for and named after Walter Owen Briggs, who was an owner of the Tigers from 1919 - 1952 — was originally on the market for $1,095,000. It now is listed at $950,000.

Located at 1701 Balmoral Dr., this seven-bedroom Tudor-style home was designed by Clarence E. Day. The home features limestone brickwork, mahogany paneling, iron railing and fixtures, and fireplaces throughout the property.

There is also a three-car garage with a private entry carriage house.
