Once upon a time, Grand Rapids had an electric cable car system much like the city of San Francisco. One of early pioneers in revolutionizing this for the city was Louis DeLamarter, an executive at the Grand Rapids Railway Company.
Located at 2096 Robinson Rd. SE, DeLamarter's former six-bedroom, six-bathroom home sits on a plush 1.5 acres of land right on the edge of Fisk Lake.
While the home features a lot of older charm, it's the bathrooms that have the most character (which includes two half-baths), each varying in wallpaper, paint, and tile.
