Though temperatures hovered in the low 30s throughout the morning, the cold could not keep Detroiters from participating in the annual Corktown St. Patrick's Day Parade. Decked out in green with splashes of orange, crowds gathered along Michigan Avenue to celebrate the longstanding tradition.
