Built in 1913, the residence at 874 Virginia Park St was a place of admiration when it first joined Detroit's Virginia Park neighborhood. After weathering many of Detroit's economic storms, the property came into the hands of Greater Midtown Property Management who began redeveloping the property in 2015.

The floors, windows, and front door were restored to maintain the property's original charm. Renovators replaced the home's roof with the original cedar roofing materials. The home's original brick walkway was also refurbished.

The 3200 sq foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home has been updated with new plumbing and wiring, central AC, and modernized decor. This Virginia Park beauty is currently on the market for purchase.
