Locally sourced ingredients, healthy selections and inventive recipes come together to create delicious popsicles like Watermelon Basil, Grapefruit Haberñero, and Chocolate Avocado. You can feel good about splurging a few icy treats at one of the stands, too- the stands are operated by the Detroit Food Academy, a nonprofit that empowers Detroit youth through entrepreneurial food experiences.
