We reported last week that an art installation at Navin Field was stolen.

The art, created by Terry Londy, remembered the 43 people who lost their lives in the '67 riots along with the '68 Detroit Tigers team that brought the city back together.

We're told the art somehow came off the fence and was left on the ground, where a local Corktown supporter found it and took it home for safe keeping.

It's to be returned to the artist Monday. The condition of the art, Londy told MT, is unknown.
