“How do I get an invite?” You ask.
Simple. Fill out a ballot in our Best Of Detroit poll.
We’ll pick five ballots at random for five pairs of tickets.
And we’ll pick five more ballots for the best answer to our favorite question: Best reason for inviting me to the Metro Times Best Of Detroit Party. That'll be a pair of tickets for each of those ballots too.
How creative do you have to be?
Measure your creativity against last year’s winners:
• “I’d bring a lemur.”
• “I’ll wear a steam-punk inspired costume.”
• “Hot librarians never get invited to hot parties.”
• “You can’t have too many cougars.”
• “Because without ‘me’ it’s just ‘aweso.’”
In the poll you’ll have your chance to weigh in on such pressing matters as a new motto for metro Detroit to the best pizza in Macomb County, from the hottest nightclubs to the best farmers markets.
And you only have to answer 20 questions to have your ballot counted for the region’s best and longest-running Best Of survey, now celebrating its 26th anniversary.
By the way, the party was indeed awesome last year — and will be again this year. Especially if you’re there.
