Jolly Pumpkin to open shop in Midtown Detroit in 2015

Jolly Pumpkin announced last week that a new beer bar is in the works for Midtown Detroit and is slated to open sometime in early 2015.

This is the fourth retail oulet in the Jolly Pumpkin family, with other locations occupying Dexter, Ann Arbor, and Traverse City.

The Midtown location will live at 441 Canfield, neighbors to Shinola and Willys Detroit.

Curbed Detroit reports the location will not be a full-fledged brewery, per se, but will nonetheless serve all the craft beers, distilled spirits, and wines available via the Northern United Brewing Company (parent of Jolly Pumpkin).

Pub fare will also be served, including Jolly Pumpkin pizza and truffle fries— We'll drink to that.
