For starters, replacing the “Stop Halloween Arson” sign on a boarded-up window with an actual window would really brighten things up. Subsequent projects could include clearing the yard and three-car garage of the standard stuff ASS encounters (shoes, underwear, chimneys) and removing a fallen tree from the roof of said garage.
A neighbor says the house has been vacant for ages; she has seen no sign of activity, criminal or otherwise. However, a jimmied entrance at the back (once covered by plywood) indicates otherwise. On the positive side, the interior of the house appears to be devoid of unauthorized human habitants.
