Even with the piles of debris and collapsed walls, the structure, built in 1916, retains a certain je ne s’ai quoi. Remnants of a beautiful pressed-tin ceiling cling to parts of the scorched and water-damaged interior, and the painted red bricks remain vibrant, despite neglect.
