Detroit's shock-rockers Crud are headlining the big after-party for the Festival of Fear horror extravaganza in Toronto this weekend. Which means they'll be playing in front of a lot of heavy hitters in the horror industry. The band also plays Detroit's own Erotica Ball on September 15th at Bert's Warehouse Theater in the Eastern Market (they used to have erotica balls in L.A. as well, but, hell, half the audience at a John Lee Hooker concert in L.A. looked like they were at an erotica ball). Other bands on the bill include MT-TV, Overloaded, Fat Bottom Girls and all-gal Brit expatriates Syren. Not sure what Crud's music sounds like, but, hey, who cares what their music sounds like?
