On Wednesday, the Internal Revenue Service asked a judge to force Joseph Utsler — aka the Insane Clown Posse's Shaggy 2 Dope — to share documents relating to his finances, according to The Detroit News. Utsler's income from 2011 to 2012 is currently under investigation. According to court documents, Utsler has skipped out on summons twice this year.
The petition comes one week before ICP's annual Gathering of the Juggalos festival, and one month after the ICP appeared in an appeals court in Cincinnati to continue their fight against the FBI's designation of their fans as “a loosely organized hybrid gang.”
