Have you made it to any of the previous "Radical Sounds Detroit" events? The one tomorrow night (Friday, March 27, 2015) looks pretty fabulous. The show starts at 9 p.m., a suggested donation of $5 gets you in the door, and it's all going down at the Detroit Contemporary venue.

Created and curated by veteran musician and native Detroiter James Cornish, Radical Sounds Detroit gives space to the radically different, the genre-defying and the always challenging hues of creative musical artistry. It is the aim of Radical Sounds Detroit to nurture experimental music in the city of Detroit.
The lineup for Radical Sounds Detroit VII: Shelby Murphy: Sonic explorations from native multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. Unpredictable and compelling. David Shettler: Heady improvisations from veteran synth specialist.
Nicholas Arthur Tallidis: fire-breathing, rough hued electro-acoustic noise. Shelley Salant: Radical sound artist, radio personality, and maven of the Midwest music scene. Eric Schweizer & Anthony Poretti & James Cornish & Ben Willis & guests: Closing out with an ensemble led by veteran performers.
