Art-rock crooner and, perhaps, music's most deceptively underrated frontman (despite his upcoming induction into the arbitrary pyramid that is the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame,) Ferry is hitting the road with solo work and a whole lot of Roxy Music.
The 73-year-old who formed Roxy Music in 1971 will bring his latest record, Bitter-Sweet — a collection of symphonic and jazz reinterpretations of solo work and Roxy cuts — and his world tour to the Fox Theatre on August 3. The visit will mark his first Detroit concert since 2016, following a decade-long absence.
Tickets go on sale ($39.50+) starting Friday, Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased by visiting 313Presents.com.
