Yelp, the social-networking, user-review-cataloging, local-businesses bolstering web site is "Turning It Up To 11" on Friday night, splaying out a splendid bazaar-esque showcasing of local distillers, restaurants, and various other engaging entities from skin-care to event planning to roller derby! Oh, and performances from the white hot (as of late) Sights, Arbor-Ypsi eerie-folk-/acoustic-auteur Matt Jones & the Reconstruction and the ebullient/enlivening post-funk/NewWeird/fun-flared rap antics of Passalacqua.

When that winds down... fling yourself up to the Magic Stick for the HandGrenades - young-turks of indie-rock-riffed Brit-pop-re-revivalism.
They're joined by the indomitable High Strung, a Chicago band coming into town for the night called The Future Laureates, and a solo set by multi-project-prodding/ceaseless-songwriting-singer Jesse Shepherd-Bates.
