Jane's Addiction

Legendary alternative rock pioneers Jane’s Addiction will perform on July 22 at Sterling Heights' Freedom Hill Amphitheatre. The show will commemorate the 25th Anniversary of their critically acclaimed album Ritual de lo Habitual with their Sterling Spoon Anniversary Tour, and features Dinosaur Jr. and Living Colour as support.

These concerts also serve as a tribute to the early years of Lollapalooza, and they bring together three legendary guitar greats from the proto-grunge era of the mid-1980s. Dave Navarro, J. Mascis and Vernon Reid were all making serious noise well before a British journalist named Everett True helped to popularize the term "grunge."

For this tour, Jane’s Addiction will perform songs spanning their entire catalog, with a special nod to Ritual de lo Habitual within each show’s set list.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 15 through Ticketmaster. Price points are not available at this time.
