Well, never let it be said that our own Jack White doesn't know how to be a rock star. That's always been one of his greatest talents, after all. And in celebration of Martin Scorsese's new Rolling Stones documentary, Shine A Light (hitting theaters this Friday), which features a guest appearance by Mr. White, Detroit's own rock star appears on the cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone (out today) with two of the most famous rock stars (in fact, the guys who practically wrote the book on the subject) of all time.

It probably won't hurt the sales of the new Raconteurs' album, either. You can read an excerpt from Rolling Stone's joint Jack-Keef interview here. And you can read our review of the new Raconteurs' album here.

In related news, the band will be playing its first Detroit gig at the Fillmore on Saturday, June 7th. Tickets are $35 and go on sale this Friday (April 4th) morning. The group is also one of the numerous bands playing the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (bummed I'm not going this year!!...at least thus far) the last weekend of this month and the first weekend of April. Detroit's own Stevie Wonder is headlining the massive event, perhaps the best music fest in the world.
