It seems like yesterday that you couldn't drive down the street without hearing "Loser" blasting through car stereos. In fact, it has been 24 years since the song was released.
Beck, rock's favorite pint-sized Scientologist, will visit Detroit's Fox Theatre on July 6, just two days shy of his 48th birthday. Beck last rolled through town in 2017 when he opened for U2's Joshua Tree Tour at Ford Field.
Since 1994's anthemic "Loser," Beck has since explored ambient depression ala Sea Change and Morning Phase. 2017 saw the singer touch base with his modern pop sensibilities on Colors, which peaked at No. 1 on the U.S Billboard Rock Charts.
