It has come to our attention that Music Hall – Center for the Performing Arts in Detroit will be hosting An Unforgettable Evening with Michael Bolton on Friday June 14.
Your bank account certainly won’t forget it – Supporter Patron tickets cost $150, while VIP Gala Patron tickets will set you back a hefty $600. The latter price, to be fair, includes cocktails, dinner, and a live auction, before Bolton does his thing. When you look at it that way, it seems perfectly reasonable.
Corporate table sponsorships, for all of you corporate types, cost $5,000.
Beware though – if you book later than May 30, there’s an additional $50 charge fr supporters and a $100 charge for VIP tickets.
So if you were thinking of going just to rock out to “How Can We Be Lovers if We Can’t Be Friends?” then you might want to re-mortgage your house first.
Also, is it just us or does Michael Bolton look increasingly like Jamie Lee Curtis nowadays. Slap a red curly wig on him, and you can totally imagine him taking Dan Ackroyd home.
