WHO: Supa Emcee
WHEN: Wednesday, June 17
WHERE: Original Hip-Hop Shop, Detroit

Detroit’s Original Hip-Hop Shop was rocking as if it was 2005 last night during the album release party for Supa Emcee’s Supa Emcee the Immortal. The night drew close to 100 fans and supporters (including Highland Park mayor DeAndre Windom) and was hosted by Konflict and Red Bonne. The show started off with featured performances by Hooligan, Peace BELL, DA Prezident Jimmy Hoffa, Coko Buttafli, Sunny Cartel, D-HALL the Queen and A.R.E.S.

Supe took to the stage a little bit after midnight and preformed the tracks “Immortal Force,” “Immortal Life,” “The Here After,” “Rock of Ages,” “Reincarnated,” and “Heaven's Gate.” The night was also an impromptu reunion of Detroit emcees from past and present. They included Strike, Omari King Wise, Uncle P, Khalid the Collector, DJ Butter, Valid, The Almighty Dreadnaughtz, ILL UNO, Sunny Cartel, Coco Brown, and Mamma P (mother of the late Proof).
