Still wondering what to do for New Year on Monday night? Well, sleaze punks Glitter Trash are playing the Lager House.

Steffie & the Dirty Virgins and the Reelers are also on the bill, so expect genders to be gleefully mixed in the best possible way. It’s a no-holds-barred, leave-your-apprehensions-at-the-door night of mayhem and debauchery.

The Lager website says, “Emerging from the decaying, dilapidated and abandoned streets of the once mighty City of Detroit, four rockers unite in arms to modernize and breathe new life into the discarded Detroit Sound, lighting the Motor City back on once fire again. GLITTER TRASH is an explosive, high energy rock band keeping the tradition of the Detroit Sound, born in the late 60's and 70's alive and well. Throwing a wide range of song styles at the audience, they challenge the listeners rather than coddle them, proving raw art is meant to stir emotions and burn the brain.”

Doors are at 9 p.m., cover is $5.
