Local hardcore troupe the Bill Bondsmen will play at Smalls in Hamtramck on Saturday, June 22 to celebrate the fact that band has been in existence for an astonishing ten years.
A statement from the band reads, “Fresh off the release of their latest 7" single (Peasant Under Glass b/w Dead) and East Coast tour, Bill Bondsmen will be throwing a 10 year party at Smalls on Saturday June 22nd. There will be live music, a free gift for the first 50 through the door and cake. And like most 10 year old's parties, it'll probably end with someone having a tantrum, someone getting sick and a few embarrassed adults. Joining in on the fun will be Chicago's Population, Cleveland's Fuck You, Pay Me and local denim mongers Rawdogs along with the pummeling sounds of Minus 9. It's an all ages show and doors are at 8. $8 cover and free gift to the first 50 through the door.”
