You might not believe in soulmates, but one would be hard-pressed to deny the musical connection between Laith Al-Saadi and Jimmy Vivino. Best known as being the longtime bandleader for Conan O’Brien’s “Basic Cable Band,” Vivino first met Al-Saadi, the Ann Arbor native and The Voice finalist, in 2009. Shortly after, the two musicians found themselves collaborating — combining their respective brands of rock ’n’ roll to create a dynamic blues and roots rock experience.
