Ann Arbor musician Laith Al-Saadi already had his teeth in the game when he scored his 15-minutes of fame as a finalist on NBC's The Voice in 2016. Since hitting the national stage with his blues-infused grit, Al-Saadi has received a surge of uplifting support from the Michigan community of music fans. In order to pay his respects to the city and fans that have supported him, Al-Saadi is returning home to throw a birthday bash in celebration of another year around the sun.
Laith Al-Saadi and Friends Annual Birthday Bash returns to the Michigan Theater Saturday, Sept. 29. Among the special guests are the Motor City Horns — who usually pal around with Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band — as well as award-winning Nashville multi-instrumentalist Al Hill.
