It might be easy to peg Michigan-native Andrew W.K as a one-trick party pony, but his latest record You Are Not Alone (March 2) is equal parts party jam and thoughtful self-help motivation—and it's streaming for your party pleasure.

"If you ever feel like something is very, very wrong — wrong with life, wrong with yourself, I understand. I have that feeling, too." W.K preaches on the spoken word track "The Feeling of Being Alive."

"But in actuality that feeling isn't wrong. That feeling is just being human. That intense feeling inside is the feeling of existing, of being alive."

The 16-track album is a reminder you can rage without rage, bash without bashing, and blowout without blowing up. It isn't a stretch to say that Andrew W.K has mastered a mix of mayhem and meditation.

You can stream You Are Not Alone here and pre-order the album here.

Party on.
