Only in Detroit would the bartender who slung whiskey shots a the Pre-Party, be, a mere 24 hours later, enjoying rock star-caliber adoration as "the band you shouldn't have missed" at Thursday's Blowout. We don't know this particular fella's name, but we know he's in Millions of Brazilians, a band that not only packed the New Dodge last night, but left every single person we spoke to in awe. Good on ya, Millions...the kudos are much deserved.
It should also be mentioned that the Silent Years' front man, Joshua Epstein is not only an elegant and beautiful songwriter, he and his entire organization are among the most rarefied breed of humble, kind and professional musicians. They deserve every bit of success they ever have or will achieve.
