After teasing a new album due out later this year, alt-rock goddess St. Vincent announced today that she will be hitting the road this fall for the "Fear the Future" tour and will be making a stop in Detroit at the Fillmore on Monday, November 13. Detroit will be the first stop of her North American leg of the tour.
St. Vincent, aka Annie Clark, released her last album back in 2014 to rave reviews. The self-titled LP not only got her a performance on the season finale of Saturday Night Live when it came out, but she also won a Grammy for Best Alternative Album.
St. Vincent told Pitchfork last December that her new album will be "real sea change" in her sound. Not entirely sure what that means, but we're way too excited to find out.
Tickets go on sale Friday, June 30 at 10 a.m. You can get them here. Now go forth and watch this video of St. Vincent shredding and prepare thyself.
