We are Oakland County's first and only Iyengar Yoga studio. We offer group classes and private lessons at our fully-equipped studio in Royal Oak. All of our classes are taught by Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers (C.I.Y.T.s). Iyengar Yoga teacher certification is a global yoga teacher certification, regarded worldwide as the "gold standard" for yoga teacher training and certification.
