Do you love pizza? What about charity? Are you also a big fan of local award-winning caterer Annabel Cohen and her company, Annabel Cohen Cooks Detroit?

ACCD plans to open a new carry-out joint in West Bloomfield in mid-May where they'll be selling pizza, panini, and salad. To help get the word out, the new eatery is doing a pretty special promotion. They're raising money for Gleaners Community Food Bank by selling discounted "pizza certificates" and donating half the cash to the charity.

The certificates, which can be redeemed for a large Napolitana-style pizza, are being sold for $10 (normally the pizzas are $12) and for every certificate that is purchased, ACCD will donate $5 to Gleaners' Million Meal Match project, which is in turn matched by supporters like PNC Bank and General Motors.

Sounds great, right? Well, you've only got a couple more hours to grab these certificates. The promotion is only going on until 4 p.m. today.

If you're wondering where you're supposed to find these certificates (scratching your head since their new location won't be open for another month), there are three ways to get these special certificates before the clock strikes 4 p.m. today.

First, you can stop by the not-yet-opened location of ACCD Pizza at 4301 Orchard Lake Rd, West Bloomfield #155. This is a good choice since you'll be getting a sneak peak of the new restaurant. Second, you can pop into ACCD's catering locations at 2530 Orchard Lake Rd., Slyvan Lake. Third, you can cruise around town hoping to spot Annabel Cohen herself as she drives her blue Mini Cooper (affectionately named Bradley Cooper). She'll be posting clues to her whereabouts on her Twitter (@annabelcooksdet), her Facebook page (AnnabelCooks), and the catering service's website (annabelcohencooksdetroit.com).
