Le Petit Zinc has relocated to the ground floor of the Strathmore Apartment building in Midtown, and is now open for business at 70 W. Alexandrine St. That's earlier than scheduled, as it was supposed to open Monday, March 5.
Le Petit Zinc had been located in Corktown since 2008 until a landlord-tenant dispute last year caused the French-inspired restaurant to shutter its original location in September 2017. Since then it has been working with partner Scott Rutterbush to find a new home. The space on Alexandrine, right around the corner from Woodward Avenue, was previously occupied by Dangerously Delicious Pies.So many restaurants, so little time.
