As we
reported in March, new-ish Gold Cash Gold chef Brendan Edwards is doing some wonderful work with his new GCG menu.
But not to be overlooked are the libations of new beverage director Troy Fox, a former auto machinist-turned-craft cocktail maker who's developing a menu that matches Edwards' fare in creativity and execution.
Among the highlights from the just-released summertime drink list: The Gin Chill Pill (gin, Cocchi Americano, basil, cucumber, coconut water, and lime), and the Montezuma's End (mezcal, chocolate-meyer lemon liquor, pineapple-habenero, lime, and egg white).
Or check out the the slushies, like the Erotic Slushy (gin, maraschino, crème de violette, and lemon) or The Grace O'Malley Punch (Tullamore Dew, black tea, eorange, oleo saccharum, and nutmeg.)
