Diners can try Kate Williams' cuisine in Hamtramck

There was good news this week for Hamtramck diners who were looking for the legit Kate Williams dining experience. The talented chef called it quits with downtown's Republic in May, but the good folks at Hamtramck's Revolver pop-up space already booked a date with Kate. And the June 19 dinner sold out like wildfire. There are still tickets available for June 20, and they'll likely go fast, given the menu of goat milk ricotta with pork jus, duck Tartare, asparagus salad, polenta dumpling, and lamb tenderloin. It just goes to show you that Williams' star isn't done rising in this town.
