Women in Music

Chamber Music at the Scarab Club will present a delightful concert at Grosse Pointe Unitarian Church on Sunday, February 5th at 4 pm. The program features mezzo soprano Alta Boover, violinist Velda Kelly and pianist Mary Siciliano performing beautiful chamber music by a great variety of women composers from the 1600s through the present day! These amazing composers include Francesca Caccini, Anna Amalia, Fanny Mendelssohn, Florence Price, Amy Beach, Jessie Montgomery and more.
