WJZZ Jazz Radio, in partnership with The Preservation of Jazz, is thrilled to announce a special event celebrating International Jazz Day on May 1st, 2024, at The Aretha's Jazz Cafe in Detroit. This event promises an enchanting evening filled with "All things Jazz" to honor the rich cultural heritage and global significance of jazz music. The festivities will commence at 6:00 PM with the inaugural Annual Jazz Photoshoot, inviting photographers from Metro Detroit to capture the essence and energy of jazz artists in action.
