Winterfest

People for Palmer Park will celebrate love and Black History at it's FREE family-friendly Winter Love Fest on February 11, 2023 from 2-5pm. The pre-Valentine's Day community event will be held in and around the historic Palmer Log Cabin. Live music, African dancing and drumming, art-making, hot cocoa and treats, games and prizes will be a heated tent. Outside, enjoy horse carriage rides and winter sports (weather permitting). Storytelling and spinning wheel demos will be held in the cabin, decorated with hearts and aglow with beautiful new chandeliers, restored woodwork and stained glass windows.
