William House: A Creative Journey

Frederick William (Bill) House (1928 — 2015) was an integral part of the history of the College for Creative Studies and a gifted artist. An alum of the original Society of the Arts and Crafts (1942), House went on to serve as a professor at CCS for 18 years, and was awarded Professor Emeritus upon his retirement in 2000. This thoughtful retrospective exhibition will showcase House as the renaissance man he was, including his earlier architectural design work, and a wide breadth of his oil paintings and sculptures.
