Ypsilanti’s totally free, all ages, all species performance arts festival is back for its 19th year! This year features 55 performances across four days and a variety of venues to the tune of the carnival arriving in town. Create your clown-quests, bring your cadre of bozo-core bands, and come to all four days of the festival!
