The Preservation of Jazz Monday Night Music Series invites you to an unforgettable evening celebrating the rich musical legacy of Hastings Street. This tribute, featuring the soulful Black Bottom sounds of Bob White's Detroit Hastings Street Band, will take place on Monday, January 13th, 2025, at the iconic Jazz Café inside the Music Hall, located in the heart of Downtown Detroit. Hosted by Lucretia Sain and produced by Sky Covington, this event brings to life the vibrant culture of Detroit’s historic jazz and blues scene. Hastings Street, once the epicenter of Detroit's Black Bottom neighborhood, was a hub of creativity.
