THE SATIN DOLL REVUE The Preservation of Jazz mission is to keep founding legacies alive through educational entertaining productions that bridge generational gaps and bring folks together to be captured by the innovations and soul-inspiring collaborations that come through jazz. In The Satin Doll Revue seasoned, professional performers and musician from the Detroit Metropolitan area pay tribute to beloved lady legends of jazz, Billie Holiday, Dinah Washington, Sarah Vaughan, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Bessie Smith and Carmen McRae.
