The Lively Town of Rochester, Michigan
The Rochester-Avon Historical Society will present Part II of the film, "The Lively Town of Rochester, Michigan" by John Boeberitz on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 12 p.m. at the Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm Calf Barn. Originally, the film was a slide and audio tour of historical Rochester created in 1976. In the 1990s, the Rochester Hills Museum put the slides and audio recording into a DVD format. The program is free. Reservations are not required and the public is invited. Bring lunch to eat; complimentary cookies and coffee provided.
