Take a Walk in My Shoes

The “Take A Walk In My Shoes” event is dedicated to supporting military veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness by providing 150 pairs of shoes, along with essential resources and necessities. Taking place at Eastern Market’s Shed 3 on September 10th from 9 AM to 3 PM, the event will also feature Wayne State’s mobile medical unit, the Michigan Secretary of State’s mobile unit, dental and vaccination services, and workforce placement opportunities. Join us in offering vital assistance and showing our community’s gratitude for their sacrifices and resilience.
