Sound Bath Yoga w/ Sura

Sura is an free improvisation quartet that specializes in listening to the subtle vibrations of a room and the individuals in it. They tune the two together through the use of saxophone, clarinets, percussion and bass. This sound bath will be focusing on moving through vulnerability to manifestation. Participants are encouraged to act intuitively and do what ever they feel will help them move inward, whether that is flowing through their asana, meditation, pranayama, drawing, painting, writing, dancing, shaking, or doing absolutely nothing, it is all welcome here.
