Seize the Smoke Inaugural Celebrity Basketball Game

Join us in the first annual charity event against gun violence dedicated to honoring the life and legacy of Khalil Amari Allen. "Seize the Smoke" Benefit Basketball Game purposed to create a platform that promotes a movement against gun violence and that advocates for peace within our community. We aim to spread a powerful message of peace and unity by bringing together local rap artists who have significant influence over the youth in our city. The Wayne State Fieldhouse provides a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to come together and actively engage in this cause. This event is dedicated to promoting a movement inspired by the tragic loss of Khalil Allen, who was a recent victim of the senseless gun violence that has not only plagued the city of Detroit, but is a major national public health problem. Khalil's family is committed to making sure that his death will not be in vain, and that we as a community demand that our young people "Seize The Smoke" and end the gun violence TODAY!
