Ray Gray art exhibition and reception
Former Golden Gloves boxing champion Ray Gray, the wrongfully convicted prisoner renowned for his art and featured many times in the Metro Times, is the featured artist at The Congregation Detroit February 1-24 , 2024.
To help endure his wrongful conviction behind bars, Gray utilized his distinctive art talent as inspiration to remain "free" during the course of his incarceration, which lasted nearly 50 years.
Come and meet this remarkable man and appreciate his incredible art Saturday Feb. 10 at 3 p.m.
