PUNK POSTERS EXHIBIT

OPENING RECEPTION OF PUNK POSTERS Saturday, September 14th at 2 pm at Garage Cultural. “Punk Posters” curated by artist collective, Mala Influencia’s Ximena Ortiz and Osiris Ramírez @osirisramirezc of Bogotá, Colombia, will be on display in Detroit. Mala Influencia are a collective transcending borders in an international movement of countercultural media, through the aesthetic of punk. This exhibit is traveling globally and represents a collaboration of dozens of artists in the vain of music and protest. Forty pieces from a wide array of fanzines, graphic art and screen prints from the Latin American punk underground will be featured.
