Porcelain Hammer with Mark Morgan

Porcelain Hammer brings their avant rock to LoFi on December 14. Led by Ben Miller of Destroy All Monsters/Glen Branca alumnus who composes for strings, percussion and loud guitar. Other members include Mike Khoury on violin, Deanna Lee on cello and Mike List on percussion. They’ll play songs from their newly completed record. Also appearing is Mark Morgan. Morgan led the band Sightings and has just returned from a European solo tour. You’ll hear some very unorthodox guitar playing accompanied by nightmarish vocals. A rare Ann Arbor show for both of these groups.
