Join In the Tradition and the African Dispora Ancestral Commemoration Institute at the Annual July 4th Concert and Recitation of Frederick Douglass' "What to the Negro is the 4th of July ?" Excerpts of Douglass' Speech read by community activist and leaders. Free for children 12 and under The event includes an African Marketplace with food vendors African Art, jewelry, clothing, etc. The marketplace will be open from 12:00 am - 4:00 pm.
