Metro Detroit Juneteenth Mobility Stroll & Roll Celebration

When: Sat., June 19, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. 2021

Come and represent your community block club, housing division, church, mosque, temple, artists club, women’s club, board, household, staff, student group, or choir for a once in a lifetime opportunity. On Saturday June 19, 2021 at 9am, together we will walk, bike, roll or stroll to re-enact the route of emancipation. The route will begin at Michigan Avenue and Schaefer unto Roosevelt Park and end at City Hall Park. Several stops are planned along the route including Detroit Forever 313, Local 22, Historic Michigan Central Station and more.
