Oak Street Health, a primary care network that serves patients on Medicare, is throwing a party on August 26th at its Jefferson Center to celebrate the reopening of its community room where patients can take weekly exercise classes, connect with friends and enjoy other recreational activities. Open to all: come enjoy live DJ, food trucks, and local vendors in the area that visitors can learn more about.Attendees will also have the chance to learn about Oak Street Health’s offerings and services for Medicare patients.
